We are looking for a motivated, honest, and hardworking individual to fill the position of Recruitment and Reconciliation Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and register new clients or members.
Conduct fieldwork and follow up with recruited clients or members.
Carry out reconciliation of records and transactions.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in records.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.
Ensure that all recruitment and reconciliation activities are completed efficiently.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must own a motorbike for fieldwork.
Must have a valid motorcycle riding licence.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be honest, reliable, and well-organised.
Previous experience in recruitment, reconciliation, or fieldwork will be an added advantage.
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
